You have 7 days from the date you received your item to return it for a refund to your original form of payment.
Store Credit or Exchange
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it for store credit or exchange only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, in the same plastic bag and condition that you received it in.
Return Shipping costs are borne by the customer and non-refundable. Email tracking # to firstname.lastname@example.org
In your return please include your order invoice, note the reason for your return and specify whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
If your return passes our inspection you will be notified and will be issued your refund, store credit or exchange.
If more than 14 days have passed since the time you received your purchase we cannot accept your return.
If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.
