We gladly accept items that are unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, fragrances, tags attached and kindly ask that returns be put back in the same plastic bag (let's recycle!) and condition in which you received it in.

Our full return policy is below:


You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it or exchange it for a refund to your original form of payment.

Refunds larger than $500.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 


We accept international returns.

We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs. RAGA reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, in the same plastic bag and condition that you received it in.

Return Shipping costs are borne by the customer and non-refundable. 

In your return please include your order invoice, note the reason for your return and specify whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.

If your return passes our inspection you will be notified and you will be issued your refund, store credit or exchange.

If more than 30 days have passed since the time you received your purchase, we cannot accept your return.

If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. 

Items purchased as outside of the US, Sale, Gifted Orders or Special Orders are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
